Our service offerings include but are not limited to:
- Bookkeeping Services – Monthly and quarterly financial record-keeping, transaction categorization, and financial reporting.
- Quarterly Tax Filing – Assistance with Washington state B&O and sales tax compliance.
- Payroll Management – Payroll processing, W-2/1099 preparation, and payroll tax filings.
- Translation & Documentation Support – Translation of financial and legal documents, assistance with understanding contracts, and document organization.
- Government Applications Assistance – Support with business licensing, building permits, housing applications, and other government processes.
- Car Accident Assistance – Connecting clients with trusted legal professionals for guidance after an accident, without providing legal representation.
- Emergency & Crisis Support – Assistance with debt management, rental applications, and accessing community resources.
These services are provided with the understanding that specific tools and strategies used by Cuentas Claras Bookkeeping are proprietary and confidential. Service execution details will be shared with clients only on a need-to-know basis to maintain the effectiveness and integrity of our business operations.
Payment Terms
- Billing Cycle: Services are billed on a monthly basis, with the first month’s payment due in advance upon signing the agreement.
- Automatic Renewal: Each agreement renews automatically each month unless canceled in writing before the next billing cycle.
- No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds or credits for canceled services or client dissatisfaction. However, we will make reasonable accommodations to resolve service concerns.
- Additional Costs: Clients are responsible for any third-party fees, such as government filing fees, accounting software costs, or additional services requested beyond standard offerings.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide timely access to necessary financial records, documents, and digital assets.
- Cover any additional costs required for licensing, filing fees, or third-party software necessary to complete their requested services.
- Maintain clear and responsive communication to ensure smooth service execution.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in service delays or termination.
Adjustments to Service Offerings
Cuentas Claras Bookkeeping reserves the right to modify, expand, or adjust service offerings based on evolving client needs and regulatory requirements. Any such changes will be communicated in advance to ensure transparency and continued service effectiveness.
Independence from Third Parties
Cuentas Claras Bookkeeping operates independently from third parties such as attorneys, government agencies, or other businesses. While we may refer clients to third-party professionals, we are not liable for their services or outcomes.
Non-Disparagement and Confidentiality
- Confidentiality Agreement: Clients agree not to disclose confidential information about Cuentas Claras Bookkeeping’s business operations, pricing, or proprietary methods.
- Non-Disparagement Clause: Clients agree not to publicly criticize, disparage, or share negative statementsabout Cuentas Claras Bookkeeping on social media, online platforms, or public forums.
Any violation of this clause may result in legal action or termination of service.
Cooperation Clause
The success of our services depends on client cooperation. Clients must:
- Respond promptly to requests for information.
- Provide accurate and complete documents as required.
- Inform us in advance of any changes to their financial or business status that may affect service execution.
Failure to cooperate may lead to delays, errors, or service termination.
Intellectual Property
- Clients retain ownership of all original financial records, reports, and content created for them.
- Cuentas Claras Bookkeeping retains ownership of internal tools, templates, and processes used in service execution.
- Any third-party agreements regarding intellectual property rights must be negotiated directly with the third party.
Amendments to Terms
Cuentas Claras Bookkeeping reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through mediation in Washington State. Both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to reach a resolution before pursuing legal action.
